The consent covers processing of:
- the user’s email address;
- the selected edition of the book: print or digital.
2. Purposes

- accept an order request for Bias Tape;
- record the selected edition;
- inform the user about payment and receipt of the book;
- where necessary, pass the request to the book’s author, Marusya Navka, so that she can contact the user and arrange payment and delivery.
Submitting the form does not require payment and does not by itself create a sale contract.
3. Processing operations
The consent covers collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, provision to the book’s author to the extent necessary for the stated purposes, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data, with or without automated means.
Google Forms and Google Sheets are used to receive and store requests. Their use may involve a cross-border transfer of personal data. Messages to the user may be stored in the Operator’s email account.
The Operator may not use the submitted information for advertising or other messages unrelated to this order without separate consent.
4. Duration
The consent remains valid for one year after the form is submitted, or until the purposes are fulfilled, consent is withdrawn, or processing is no longer necessary, whichever occurs first.
After processing ends, the data is deleted or anonymized unless a longer retention period is required by law.
5. Withdrawal
The user may withdraw consent or request correction, blocking, or deletion of their data by emailing mail@catoblepaspress.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing”.
